Free vs. Pro Plans

What are the plan tiers?

FieldPass currently offers two tiers: Free (the default) and Pro (coming soon as a paid plan).

What are the Free plan limits?

Feature Free limit
Deals created per account 3
Documents uploaded per deal 3
Packets generated per deal 3

These limits are per account. ORG_ADMIN accounts are not subject to these limits regardless of plan.

What does Pro unlock?

Feature Free Pro
Deals 3 Unlimited
Uploads per deal 3 Unlimited
Packets per deal 3 Unlimited
Agency workspace & collaboration No Coming soon
Org-configurable constraints profiles No Coming soon
Enhanced audit exports & retention controls No Coming soon

Why do the limits exist?

The 3-deal, 3-upload, 3-packet limits are designed for the MVP pilot phase. They allow athletes and agents to evaluate FieldPass on real deals without a credit card, while keeping a clear upgrade path for power users who manage large deal volumes.

For most single deals with one round of revision, the Free limits are sufficient.

I hit the deal limit. Can I delete an old deal to make room?

Yes. Deleting a deal removes all associated records — documents, packets, outcomes, and audit logs — and frees up a slot against your limit. However, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you have downloaded any packets you need before deleting.

I hit the packet limit mid-negotiation. What do I do?

If you are on your third packet and need to revise and resubmit after a rejection, you will need to upgrade to Pro to generate additional packets for that deal.

Alternatively, contact the FieldPass team — during the pilot phase, limit exceptions may be available.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Pro plan availability will be announced to early access users. If you need higher limits before Pro launches, contact the FieldPass team directly.

Does my plan affect the quality of packet generation?

No. Free and Pro users receive the same packet quality, policy checks, and document versioning. The only difference is quantity limits.
